I personally manage my house. It is a penthouse located in a very peaceful residential area with a terrace offering a breathtaking view. The area is well-served by public transport and the center, beaches, and shops can be easily reached in a few minutes. France is half an hour away by highway. The hinterland of Sanremo is particularly interesting, characterized by numerous villages (Apricale, Dolceacqua, Triora, Badalucco, and many others) where various events take place during the summer seasons. The rooms have a private bathroom and are equipped with a television. For periods longer than 3 days, the kitchen is available to my guests, as well as appliances (washing machine, oven, hairdryer, etc.). The apartment can also be exclusively booked for a whole week or more (7 available beds).
